The cleaning agent is mainly used for ultrasonic
cleaning of optics before coating and assembly.
It has a good ability of removing the dirt and
has no corrosion to cleaning equipment and optics.
It is harmless to operator and doesn’t pollute
environment. Of which, DQ-01 is water cleaning
agent, 942# and 05-6# is water dissolvable
powder cleaning agent. 942# is mainly used for
elements that are sensitive to alkali.
