Usage and precautions

 

(1) Before application, clean the part to be sealed with mixture of ether and ethanol and remove the uneven stack.

(2) Squeeze out the sealing glue from soft tube directly and apply it on the part. It is not allowed to have gap or bubble in the glue strip. The excessive glue is removed with dry cotton ball .

(3) Before the sealing glue is hardened, it is forbidden to clean with gasoline or other solvent, and air charging test can not be done either.

(4)   Sealing glue should be kept in a cool and dry place. It should be covered after using to prevent it from self-hardening. Useful period is 3 months.

(5)   Water is the hardening accelerant of single component room temperature sulfur silicon rubber. High moisture would speed up hardening, vice versa. To ensure proper hardening speed, the working place should keep a proper moisture.
