Usage and precautions
、Heat the pitch till it becomes soft.
、Stick the hot pitch on the non-processing surface of the optics.
、Put the processing surface of optics with pitch downwards and stick them to the mould closely according to technological designed arrangement.
、Put the rubber spherical mould with temperature of 100℃– 120℃ on the mould with optics, then press the mould to let pitch melt and stick on the rubber mould.
、Put the mould in the hot water with temperature of 30℃ for cooling down and hardening. Take out the mould. The optics are bonded on the mould. They are ready for processing.
、After processing, put the mould in refrigerator with temperature of -30℃ - -40℃ for 30 minutes, then knock slightly to remove the optics.
、For optics with big diameter processed at high room temperature with fast rotation and big pressure, it is better to use hard product with high softening point, vice versa. |
